Police Inspector Amar (Vinod Khanna) undertakes a risky venture as he arrests some notorious underworld thugs. Amar is dismayed to see the criminals released due to a technicality, and he is quickly relieved of his badge. As the movie builds to a violent conclusion, he is forced to take justice into his own hands.
