Jeff and his family left the big city and settled in a rural area to farm. Some of the locals aren't happy to have a new neighbor and two of them try to wreck Jeff's water pump but Jeff fights them off. When one of the men dies under peculiar circumstances, suspicion falls on Jeff and the locals form a bloodthirsty mob to avenge their neighbor.
